Celebrate a Summer Season of Hope & Giving with the Village of Hope

This summer marks a special milestone for the Village of Hope. For an entire year now, our Steps to Success Transitional Living Program has been operating at full capacity. Since last summer, all 14 apartments have been continuously occupied by women and women with children who were in desperate need of a safe and welcoming home, coupled with the individualized support they require to rebuild their lives.

This achievement is truly cause for celebration, but it also brings with it a unique set of challenges. As the number of participants has grown, so have the costs associated with operating our program. More families mean higher energy bills, maintenance expenses, and the need for a full-time resident advisor to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. These factors, while necessary, have put a strain on our limited resources.

This summer, we reach out to you to request your support. Your donation, no matter the amount, will have a profound impact on the Village of Hope as we embark on our 35th year of service to our community. By contributing, you become an integral part of our mission “to promote self-sufficiency and improve the quality of life among at-risk women and their children,” and provide tangible support to those who are most vulnerable in our society.
